Planning Engineer
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with 3 to 7 years in construction planning, preferably in villa or high-rise projects. Candidates should be proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project and have strong MS Excel skills related to scheduling and progress tracking. Familiarity with CPM, WBS, progress reporting, and contract knowledge is essential. Immediate availability in Bahrain is preferred.

- 3-7 years experience in construction planning
- Experience with villa and/or high-rise building projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including S-curves, dashboards, and progress tracking
- Good understanding of CPM, WBS, baseline schedules, resource loading, and schedule updates
- Experience in progress reporting, delay analysis, EOT, and claims support
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Experience in Bahrain/GCC construction preferred
