Job Description
We are seeking a confident and sociable female Sales and HR Recruiter to support the growth of our manpower and human resources business in Bahrain. The role involves meeting clients, developing business, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating recruitment, presenting services, following up on proposals, building lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-up, and attending business dinners and professional networking events when required. Working hours are split between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and applicants must be available for both shifts. Accommodation support is available, subject to the employment offer. Visa support is available for an eligible candidate.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree Advantageous
- Visa Status

- Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication, marketing, and client relationship skills.
- Professional presentation and confidence in social and business settings.
- Confident and sociable, with strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Comfortable attending business dinners and professional social events.
- English language proficiency required; Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or other languages are an advantage.
