Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk – Construction to provide administrative and clerical support to our construction projects and site teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, handling data entry and filing, coordinating with site personnel and suppliers, and supporting the Project Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, and office team with day-to-day administrative activities. Key Responsibilities - Handle daily administrative and clerical activities related to construction projects. - Maintain and organize project files, documents, records, and correspondence. - Perform data entry and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and databases. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. - Maintain attendance records, timesheets, leave records, and manpower documentation. - Prepare letters, memos, reports, forms, and other administrative documents. - Receive, record, distribute, and file incoming and outgoing documents. - Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff. - Assist with purchase requests, delivery notes, invoices, material records, and other project paperwork. - Follow up on pending documents, approvals, submissions, and administrative requirements. - Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems. - Handle emails, phone calls, photocopying, scanning, printing, and general office duties. - Assist in preparing meeting documents and taking meeting minutes when required. - Monitor office supplies and coordinate requirements for the site office. - Ensure all documents are properly updated, filed, and easily accessible. - Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in administration, clerical work, or a similar position. - Previous experience in a construction company, contracting company, engineering firm, or project environment is preferred. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage. - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. - Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Good coordination and follow-up skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data. - Ability to work effectively with site and office teams. - Must be currently available in Bahrain. - Immediate joiners are highly preferred. - Bahrain/GCC construction experience is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates with previous experience in construction site administration, project documentation, data entry, and coordination will be given preference.

- Experience
- 1 – 3 Years
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, clerical work, or a similar position.
- Previous experience in a construction company, contracting company, engineering firm, or project environment is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
