Marketing & Parent Relations Executive

We are seeking a female Marketing and Parent Relations Executive to join our team in a marketing and parent-relations role in Bahrain on a full-time basis. The job responsibilities include promoting our school transportation services to parents, communicating with parents to explain our transportation services, routes, timings, and fees, guiding parents through the registration and enrolment process, answering parents’ questions, and providing clear and professional information. The role also involves following up with interested parents, assisting them with their transportation requirements, building good relationships with parents, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be female and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in Arabic and English, and be friendly, confident, and professional when dealing with parents. The ability to explain information clearly and deal with parents professionally is required, while previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or school transportation is an advantage.
