Commis 3 – Bakery
Job Description
The Commis 3 will assist the Bakery Department in Bahrain with daily preparation and production activities. Duties include supporting the preparation of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products as instructed; maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils; assisting senior bakery staff with daily production requirements; accurately following recipes, portioning, and preparation procedures; and performing other bakery production duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bulk bakery or food production environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery preparation and food handling.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good hygiene and work discipline.
