Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Bahrain. This position is open to both male and female candidates and is based in Bahrain, with immediate joining required. Requirements: - Proven experience in real estate sales and rentals. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients. - Good knowledge of the Bahrain property market is an advantage. - Capability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and close deals. - Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented. - Valid Bahrain driving licence. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and market available properties. - Identify and develop new client relationships. - Organize and conduct property viewings. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. - Conduct negotiations professionally. - Follow up with leads and potential customers. - Close rental and sales deals. - Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and landlords.
