Civil Construction Site Foreman / Supervisor / Engineer
Job Description
Full-time position in Manama. The role involves managing and supervising daily civil works at the project site, following up on project activities, and ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications. Responsibilities include maintaining proper safety procedures, complying with risk assessments and method statements, communicating with clients and project teams regarding site requirements, conducting site inspections, monitoring work progress, preparing updates and reports on completed and ongoing works, and ensuring that workmanship, quality, and productivity meet project requirements.

- Required
- Minimum five years of local civil construction experience.
- Valid Bahrain driving licence.
- Ability to review drawings, AutoCAD files, and shop drawings.
- Ability to coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, site workers, clients, and project teams.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessments, method statements, project drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience with site inspections, work progress monitoring, reporting, quality control, and productivity monitoring.
- Ability to understand and follow project drawings and technical specifications.
