Job Description
Seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage steel, stainless steel, and aluminium fabrication operations. The role requires strong skills in reading fabrication drawings, supervising workers, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Candidates must be currently in Bahrain and able to work independently with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in steel, stainless steel, and aluminium fabrication
- Excellent ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings
- Good knowledge of welding, cutting, rolling, bending, assembly, and finishing
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, machinery, and consumables
- Able to supervise workers, allocate jobs, and maintain productivity
- Control stock, materials, tools, and consumables and minimize wastage
- Ensure excellent quality, safety, cleanliness, and workshop organization
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to deal professionally with clients when required
- Prepare daily progress, manpower, and material reports
- Must be alert, organized, hands-on, and an excellent problem solver
- Able to work independently and take full responsibility
