Job Description
Responsibilities include planning, supervising, and managing swimming pool construction, renovation, and repair projects; overseeing daily site operations and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule; managing construction materials, procurement requirements, inventory, and material usage; coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, technicians, and site workers; monitoring project timelines, budgets, material costs, and resource allocation; ensuring that construction work meets quality standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements; supervising civil works, waterproofing, tiling, structural repairs, and swimming pool installations; preparing project progress reports and providing regular updates to management; and identifying and resolving technical and operational issues at construction sites. - Bachelor’s Degree Or Diploma In Civil Engineering Or A Related Construction Discipline
- Experience

- Driving Licence
- Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in construction projects
- Experience in swimming pool construction, maintenance, renovation, or repair is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement, and inventory management
- Proven experience in project management and site supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate construction teams
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction cost estimation and material requirements
- Bahrain construction industry experience is an advantage
- Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred
