Interior Fit-Out Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Interior Fit-Out team. Requirements: - Minimum 3–5 years' experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in interior fit-out, joinery, or MEP works - Strong knowledge of fit-out maintenance works, including carpentry, painting, MEP, and finishing works - Valid driving licence (mandatory) - Candidates must have a local transferable visa/labour card (local transfer only – expatriates already residing in the country) - Good communication and team supervision skills - Immediate joiners preferred Responsibilities: - Supervise maintenance teams for interior fit-out projects - Plan and coordinate daily maintenance schedules - Ensure quality control and timely completion of works - Liaise with clients and site engineers on maintenance requirements - Manage manpower, tools, and materials
