Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description
A full-time Outdoor Sales Executive is required for the logistics, shipping and supply chain sector, serving the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia markets. The core responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing and customs clearance; building and maintaining strong relationships with importers, exporters and corporate clients; conducting outdoor client visits, presentations and face-to-face negotiations to close deals; and analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to achieve monthly sales targets. The position offers a performance-based commission structure, a company car or transport allowance, medical insurance and an annual airline ticket.

- 3 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Solid knowledge of import and export operations, port procedures, and customs clearance workflows.
- Strong B2B negotiation, communication, client retention, and business development skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Valid local driving licence from Bahrain or Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Fully prepared for daily outdoor and field client visits.
- Having a personal car is highly appreciated.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly advantageous.
