Job Description
A well-established boutique ladies’ salon operating successfully in Bahrain since 2016 is seeking a Salon Manager. The role involves overseeing daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, leading and motivating the salon team through clear guidance and positive leadership, building strong customer relationships, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally, and managing basic day-to-day coordination, including staff scheduling and stock and inventory tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or customer service management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian languages such as Hindi or Malayalam is also an advantage.
