Job Description
An experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager is required in Juffair, Bahrain, to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant management. Responsibilities include managing restaurant operations and staff, supervising staff performance, attendance, and shift schedules, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards, monitoring sales, expenses, inventory, and stock levels, handling customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing daily sales and operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Experience in QSRs, cafés, or fast-food restaurants is preferred.
