Caregiver
Job Description
A gentle and experienced female caregiver is required to provide full-time, home-based support in Riffa for a 90-year-old lady recovering from hip replacement surgery. The role involves assisting her with walking and movement to ensure her safety and prevent falls, with particular attention to her hip recovery and spinal issues; encouraging and assisting her with low-impact exercises prescribed by her doctor or physiotherapist; providing light massage or other comfort measures to help manage stiffness and pain; monitoring her well-being; and providing companionship during visits. Requirements include experience in elderly or geriatric care, experience supporting patients during post-surgery recovery, a gentle and compassionate approach, and the ability to assist with mobility, prescribed low-impact exercises, and patient comfort. Only female applicants who are currently located in Bahrain will be considered. The schedule and compensation details will be discussed directly with the employer.
