Sales and Operations Officer
Job Description
A motorcycle repair workshop in Bahrain is looking for a motivated Sales and Operations Officer to help grow the business and manage daily operations. Job Responsibilities: • Generate sales and secure maintenance contracts with delivery companies and fleets • Develop relationships with restaurants, logistics companies, and bike riders • Manage inventory and monitor spare parts stock levels • Coordinate with technicians and oversee workshop daily operations • Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up with customers • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality • Support marketing and promotional activities • Identify new business opportunities and improve workshop performance Requirements: • Experience in sales, operations, or the motorcycle/workshop industry • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks • Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and spare parts is an advantage • Good computer skills (Excel, email, reporting, etc.) Location: Bahrain
Requirements
- Experience in sales, operations, or the motorcycle and workshop industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and spare parts is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including Excel, email, and reporting.
