Hiring: Experienced Pakistani Food Expert Chef and GCC Fast Food Specialist with 5–10 Years of Professional Experience We are seeking talented and highly experienced culinary professionals to join our team. Candidates must possess between five to ten years of relevant professional experience. Pakistani Chef Requirements: - Expertise in preparing Lahori Nashta, including traditional dishes such as Halwa Puri, Paya, Nihari, Chana, Siri Paya, Paratha, and Lassi. - Skilled in cooking authentic Pakistani Desi cuisine, encompassing popular specialties like Chicken and Mutton Karahi, Biryani, Pulao, Handi, Haleem, BBQ, Korma, Saag, Daal, and other well-known traditional recipes. - Comprehensive knowledge of Pakistani spices, recipe variations, and the art of food presentation. - Ability to consistently maintain rigorous standards of hygiene and high-quality food preparation. Fast Food Expert Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in preparing a variety of fast food items including Burgers, Shawarma, Sandwiches, Wraps, Broast, French Fries, Fried Chicken, and other related fast-food dishes. - Skilled in the preparation of fresh beverages such as Fresh Juices, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Mojitos, and other specialty drinks.
