Plumbing Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plumbing Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and manage plumbing installations and maintenance for projects in Bahrain. The Plumbing Foreman will lead a team of plumbers and report directly to the Project Engineer. A minimum of five years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman in GCC countries is required, along with experience supervising plumbers and handymen, coordinating site activities, interpreting technical drawings, and monitoring workmanship and productivity. The key responsibilities include supervising daily on-site plumbing installations, piping layouts, and drainage systems; accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings; assigning tasks to plumbers and handymen; monitoring their productivity and quality of work; and ensuring that all work strictly complies with local public health and safety regulations in Bahrain. The requirements include in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential high-pressure water and drainage networks. The ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, or Urdu, as well as a valid Bahraini or GCC driving licence, is advantageous.
