Accountant and Purchase Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an organised and reliable Accountant and Purchase Manager for our printing shop in Arad, Bahrain. The role involves maintaining daily accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records; managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking; preparing monthly financial reports and monitoring cash flow; preparing accurate customer quotations based on material, printing, finishing, and delivery costs; coordinating with the production team to confirm job specifications, pricing, and timelines; following up on quotations and maintaining records of approvals and confirmed orders; sourcing and purchasing paper, inks, printing materials, and other supplies; comparing supplier quotations and negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules; monitoring stock levels and coordinating purchases with the production team; verifying purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier invoices; and tracking printing job costs to identify opportunities to reduce waste and expenses.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma Or Degree In Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Or A Related Field.
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, purchasing, and preparing customer quotations.
- Printing industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong costing, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
