We are hiring an experienced HR and Staff Training Professional with knowledge of the automobile service and car mechanical industry. Local candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training programs for automotive service and mechanical staff. - Train employees on car servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures. - Improve employees' technical knowledge and practical skills. - Develop training materials and staff development programs. - Monitor staff performance and identify training requirements. - Promote proper workshop safety, customer service, and professional standards. - Coordinate with management to improve overall workshop efficiency. Requirements: - Experience in automotive service or car mechanic training. - Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. - Previous experience in HR, staff development, or technical training is preferred. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to train both new and experienced automotive technicians. - Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
