Construction Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the required quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily construction activities; assigning tasks to workers and monitoring their performance and productivity; ensuring that construction work follows drawings, specifications, and project schedules; coordinating with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and project management; monitoring the quality and progress of ongoing work; ensuring the proper use and availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment; maintaining site safety standards and ensuring that workers follow health and safety procedures; identifying and reporting construction issues, delays, and material requirements; conducting regular site inspections and ensuring that corrective actions are completed; maintaining proper housekeeping and organisation of the construction site; preparing daily work progress reports and providing updates to management; and ensuring that work is completed within the agreed schedule and required standards. This is a full-time position in Bahrain.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of workers.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Relevant construction experience is preferred.
