Project Quantity Surveyor – Construction
Job Description
Manage quantity surveying tasks including preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and valuations for construction projects. Review drawings, conduct site measurements, and monitor project costs and budgets. Coordinate with project stakeholders and maintain accurate commercial documentation. Use industry knowledge and software tools to support tendering, procurement, and contract administration.

- Valid Local Status Or Transferable/Cancelled Visa Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3 to 7 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for construction projects.
- Experienced in building/construction projects including villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise.
- Proficient in BOQ preparation, valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, subcontractor pricing, and local market costs.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and commercial procedures; FIDIC experience a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; QS/estimation software experience an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Bahrain/GCC construction environment highly preferred.
- Must be currently in Bahrain with valid visa status, immediate availability preferred.
