We are seeking experienced chefs specializing in authentic Pakistani cuisine and GCC fast food, with 5 to 10 years of professional cooking experience. Pakistani Chef Responsibilities: - Prepare traditional Lahori Nashta dishes such as Halwa Puri, Paya, Nihari, Chana, Siri Paya, Paratha, and Lassi. - Cook authentic Pakistani desi cuisine including Chicken and Mutton Karahi, Biryani, Pulao, Handi, Haleem, BBQ, Korma, Saag, Daal, and other traditional delicacies. - Utilize strong knowledge of Pakistani spices, recipes, and food presentation techniques. - Maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality at all times. Fast Food Expert Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of fast food items including Burgers, Shawarma, Sandwiches, Wraps, Broast, French Fries, Fried Chicken, and more. - Skillfully prepare fresh beverages such as juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mojitos, and other drinks.
