Building Services Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP works across construction projects, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting systems. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and technicians while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules. Review and interpret MEP drawings and coordinate with other construction disciplines. Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
Requirements

- Visa Status
- Valid Local Visa Or Transferable/Cancelled Visa
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience.
- Strong building construction background.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings.
- Proven experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Currently based in Bahrain with preference for immediate joiners and valid local visa or transferable/cancelled visa holders.
