Job Overview: Full-time, office-based Telesales Agent position with an e-commerce company in Manama. The company is seeking young, talented, and confident candidates to work as telesales agents. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with more than 200 customers daily through WhatsApp. Engage with customers to secure sales orders. Coordinate with the delivery company regarding customer orders. Ensure orders are delivered quickly. Work toward assigned sales targets. Requirements: Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory. Candidates must be young and confident. Strong customer communication and telesales ability are required. Candidates must be capable of handling more than 200 customer conversations per day through WhatsApp. Candidates must be able to obtain sales orders and coordinate effectively with the delivery company. Trial and Hiring: The position includes a three-day trial period. Candidates who successfully complete the trial will be hired directly.
