Job Description
Responsible for receiving and processing customer orders through the application or system, selecting products according to each order, and checking their condition, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand before selection. The role also involves supporting inventory checks and operational activities, choosing appropriate alternatives when items are unavailable, packing selected items carefully to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination, coordinating with store staff and delivery riders when needed, and reporting missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products to the relevant team. Customer orders must be handled professionally and promptly with a high level of precision.
