A factory specializing in mechanical works is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician. Qualifications: - Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience and Skills: - Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks - Capability to independently manage daily maintenance activities Job Responsibilities: - Conducting daily maintenance of factory machinery and equipment - Maintaining staff accommodation and office facilities, including electrical and plumbing work - Performing electrical fixing and maintenance at site offices and projects - Executing various electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance duties as required Working Hours: - 8 hours per day Benefits: - Company-provided accommodation
