Job Description
A well-established Cleaning and Maintenance Company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations effectively. Requirements: - Degree holder preferred. - Minimum 4 to 5 years of Gulf experience in cleaning operations. - Proficient in English and Hindi communication. - Valid driving licence required. - Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals. - Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision skills. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily site operations and cleaning staff. - Coordinate activities with the Cleaning Manager. - Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and client requirements. - Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits. - Maintain accurate attendance, inspection, and quality records. - Train new cleaning staff members. - Monitor the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
