Restaurant Captain
Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Captain for our lounge in Juffair, Bahrain. Responsibilities include supervising daily lounge operations, leading the service team, ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction, handling guest complaints and VIP guests professionally, managing reservations, table assignments, and floor control, coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service, training and motivating waiters and waitresses, and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.

- 2–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter in a lounge, bar, or American concept restaurant.
- Gulf experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lounge operations, American food and beverage service, and bar service.
- Excellent English communication and guest-handling skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and capable of leading a team.
- Knowledge of POS systems and daily sales reporting.
