MEP Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily MEP construction activities on building sites. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and related system installations. Coordinate with various construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely progress. Prepare regular reports and ensure availability of MEP materials and equipment on site.
Requirements

- Valid Or Transferable
- 3–5+ years experience as an MEP Supervisor in building construction.
- Hands-on construction site experience, preferably in Bahrain/GCC.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain with valid or transferable visa status.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
