Job Description
Seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor with strong hands-on site experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, valuations, and cost control for construction projects. The role involves conducting site measurements, reviewing drawings, monitoring project costs, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in building or commercial projects and be proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Availability in Bahrain and immediate joining is preferred.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
- Strong site-based construction experience.
- Experience in building, villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, site measurement, valuations, variations, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, labour rates, and local pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; QS/estimation software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Bahrain/GCC construction experience is required/preferred.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
