Job Description
Responsibilities include communicating with customers through WhatsApp, providing product information, prices, and pictures, taking and confirming customer orders, following up with the delivery company until orders are delivered, handling approximately 200–300 customer inquiries daily, and following up with customers to secure sales orders.
Requirements
- Visa Status
- Provided After Successful Probation Period
- Good English and Urdu communication skills
- Good communication and sales skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of WhatsApp customers
- Hardworking and responsible
- E-commerce or WhatsApp sales experience is an advantage
