Paint Project Coordinator
Job Description
Coordinate and oversee end-to-end decorative and industrial painting operations for high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects. Serve as the primary liaison between client site representatives, project managers, and execution teams. Manage color matching and formulation, surface preparation standards, material requisitions, site quality control, project timelines, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience
- 3 Years
- At least 3 years of professional experience in paint project coordination, site supervision, or technical paint management within interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of decorative, epoxy, wood finish, and protective coating paint types.
- Experience with custom color formulation and tinting and surface preparation techniques.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, site progress monitoring, material estimation, and QA/QC.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to read technical site plans and specifications.
- Strong leadership, site problem-solving, attention to detail, and team coordination skills.
