Restaurant Cashier
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused restaurant cashier to join our team in Manama. The role involves handling customer transactions, managing the cash register, and assisting with front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers as they enter the restaurant and creating a welcoming atmosphere, accurately processing orders and handling cash, credit, or debit transactions, issuing receipts and providing refunds or the correct change, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the cashier station, answering customer enquiries about menu items and promotions, collaborating with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service, monitoring and restocking front-of-house supplies as needed, and following all cash-handling and safety procedures. This is a full-time position based in a fast-paced environment.
