Ready-Mix Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are hiring a Ready-Mix Production Supervisor to oversee daily ready-mix concrete production and batching plant operations, coordinate with logistics, and ensure smooth plant operations and timely concrete deliveries to project sites. The role involves supervising production to meet targets; planning and coordinating production schedules with customer orders, site requirements, and delivery timelines; coordinating the dispatch of transit mixers and concrete pumps; monitoring fleet availability, vehicle movements, truck turnaround times, and delivery schedules for efficient utilization; coordinating with plant operators, drivers, quality control, maintenance teams, and site personnel; monitoring concrete batching, mix designs, raw material availability, and production quality in accordance with approved specifications; ensuring the timely availability of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials to avoid production delays; tracking concrete deliveries and promptly resolving production, dispatch, and site-related issues; monitoring plant performance, equipment efficiency, and production downtime while coordinating with maintenance teams when required; planning delivery routes with the logistics team while considering site locations, traffic, and accessibility; supervising production staff and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational standards; and maintaining daily production, dispatch, and fleet utilization records and preparing operational reports.
Requirements

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in ready-mix concrete production and batching plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching processes, and dispatch coordination.
- Experience coordinating transit mixers, concrete pumps, fleet schedules, and site deliveries.
- Knowledge of production planning, fleet utilization, and truck turnaround times.
- Good coordination, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production or dispatch systems.
- Valid driving licence.
