Hiring Skilled Pakistani Traditional Food Chef and GCC Fast Food Specialist We are urgently seeking to employ a highly skilled Pakistani Traditional Food Chef as well as an expert specializing in GCC-based fast food, each possessing between 5 to 10 years of professional experience. Our goal is to recruit talented culinary professionals with extensive backgrounds in their respective cuisines. Requirements for Pakistani Traditional Food Chef: - Expertise in preparing Lahori Nashta dishes such as Halwa Puri, Paya, Nihari, Chana, Siri Paya, Paratha, and Lassi. - Proficiency in authentic Pakistani Desi Cuisine including but not limited to Chicken and Mutton Karahi, Biryani, Pulao, Handi, Haleem, Barbecue, Korma, Saag, Daal, and other traditional fare. - Comprehensive knowledge of Pakistani spices and traditional recipes, along with an excellent sense of food presentation. - Capability to consistently uphold high standards of hygiene and quality in food preparation. Requirements for GCC Fast Food Expert: - Proven experience in preparing a variety of fast-food items such as Burgers, Shawarma, Sandwiches, Wraps, Broast, French Fries, Fried Chicken, and other similar fast-food products. - Skilled in the preparation of fresh beverages including Fresh Juices, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Mojitos, among others.
