Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets for construction projects. Review drawings and contract documents while monitoring project costs to stay within budget. Coordinate with project teams and manage quotations, tenders, and subcontractor bids. Conduct site measurements and prepare detailed cost reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in construction or contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing, and quantity take-off.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of QS software is a plus.
- Experience in GCC/Bahrain construction projects preferred.
