Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciliations and financial reports, and operating and maintaining accounting processes. It also includes monitoring and controlling inventory to ensure that system records match physical stock; managing the procurement cycle, including purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier invoices and goods receipts; coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing and inventory operations; and preparing financial, inventory and procurement reports for management.

- Education
- Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
- Experience
- 3 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
