Injection Molding Machine Operator
Job Description
The position is based in Bahrain and includes company-provided accommodation in a shared room, company transportation, free safety shoes, and medical insurance through Al Hilal. Working hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday through Thursday. Overtime may be required in addition to these hours, depending on production schedules, and is not guaranteed every day. Responsibilities include efficiently organizing production activities to achieve and improve targeted key performance indicators; competently and efficiently setting standard process parameters; identifying and improving production timing and processes to increase output and reduce costs; preparing daily and periodic production reports; carrying out routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of the machinery and workstation; ensuring that the correct product quality is produced and the appropriate packaging is used; and setting and operating machines according to standard process parameters and quality standards, including changing machine settings and the packing line.
Requirements

- Secondary School
- Experience
- 3 Years
- Secondary school graduation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating continuous, high-volume production machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of operating similar machines within a controlled quality management system operation is preferred.
- Ability to operate injection molding machines, troubleshoot machinery, and change molds.
- Good English communication ability.
- Ability to work independently and within a multinational or multicultural team.
Restriction / Special Note
- Overtime depends on production schedules and is not guaranteed every day.
- Laundry allowance and uniform are provided after three months.
