Project Coordinator & Estimator – Joinery & Fit-Out
Job Description
Responsible for preparing cost estimates and coordinating joinery and fit-out projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Oversees project schedules, materials, and communication with clients and suppliers. Monitors progress and assists in resolving technical and commercial issues. Prepares project documentation, including variation orders and cost reports.

- Bachelor's Degree Or Diploma In Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Driving Licence
- Required
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in woodwork, joinery, and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, costing, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with estimating software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
