MEP Works Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites ensuring quality and adherence to project schedules. Oversee site teams and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. Monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve technical issues. Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, consultants, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering Or Related Field
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Visa Status
- Currently In Bahrain
- Minimum 3–5 years of MEP supervision experience in construction.
- Strong building construction experience.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, or High-rise projects preferred.
- Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings and technical specs.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or related field preferred.
- Currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
