Job Description
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure maintenance of hotel cleanliness standards. Train staff and manage work assignments efficiently. Coordinate with other departments to address room status and maintenance. Handle guest requests and maintain housekeeping inventory and reports.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience preferably in hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to train and manage a team effectively.
