Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. Job responsibilities include supervising daily café operations and ensuring smooth service, leading, training, and managing café staff, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction, monitoring staff attendance, performance, and discipline, maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards, managing inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements, and coordinating with management to achieve sales and operational targets. Applicants must have previous experience as a Café Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, good knowledge of café operations and customer service, the ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively, and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
