We are currently in search of a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Female Hair Stylist to become an integral part of our leading ladies’ salon team. If you possess expertise in contemporary cutting techniques, advanced hair treatments, hair coloring, and excel at providing outstanding client care, we are eager to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Hair Cutting & Styling: Execute precise haircuts, layering, trims, blow-dry styling, and various hair designs catering to all hair types, aligning with client preferences and the latest fashion trends. - Chemical & Treatment Services: Skillfully administer hair treatments such as keratin, protein, Botox, and deep conditioning, as well as perform chemical procedures including hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and permanent straightening. - Client Consultation: Conduct thorough, personalized consultations to evaluate the condition of the client’s hair, recommend the most suitable treatments and styles, and provide expert advice on professional home-care products. - Salon Maintenance: Uphold exemplary standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene, ensuring that all salon equipment and workstations comply strictly with established health and safety regulations. - Customer Care: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with repeat clients by consistently delivering a warm, professional, and superior salon experience. Requirements & Qualifications - Gender Requirement: Female applicants only, as this is a strict requirement due to the ladies-only salon environment. - Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on professional experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Expert within a reputable salon setting. - Technical Skills: Demonstrated mastery of advanced modern hair-cutting techniques, chemical treatment applications, color theory, and blow-dry styling methods. - Certifications: Possession of a professional diploma, certificate, or formal education in cosmetology or hair design is highly preferred. - Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, strong customer service orientation, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. - Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with professional haircare product brands and the correct methods for their application. Requirements
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Minimum 3–5 years professional experience as a hair stylist or hair expert in a reputable salon.
- Proficiency in modern hair cutting techniques and advanced chemical treatments.
- Professional diploma or certificate in cosmetology or hair design highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with professional hair product brands and applications.
