Job Description
Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Engineer skilled in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tendering, valuations, and project cost control. Candidates should be proficient in reading construction drawings and managing subcontractor payments. Experience in civil and building construction projects is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant quantity surveying experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, costing, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction materials, labour costs, subcontractor pricing, and local market rates.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; experience with QS/estimation software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in Bahrain/GCC construction projects is preferred.
- Availability in Bahrain is required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with cancelled/transferable or valid local visa preferred.
