MEP Site Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP site activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Manage daily installation works and site teams including subcontractors. Oversee quality control, site inspections, and progress reporting. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, Or Related Technical Field
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Visa Status
- Resident In Bahrain
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in MEP site supervision within building construction.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supervising technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience preferred.
- Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is advantageous.
- Must be currently located in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
