Job Description
Green Life Company is seeking Sales Consultants to sell AI automation and subscription software to businesses in Bahrain, including clinics, real estate companies, salons, gyms, and rent-a-car businesses. The company hires based on results rather than CVs and offers a two-phase career path. Phase 1 is a part-time, commission-based trial that allows consultants to work around their schedules, earn from the first day, and receive uncapped commission on the first month’s revenue for every client they close. The goal is to secure 20 active clients and demonstrate performance in order to progress to a permanent full-time contract with a guaranteed salary and benefits. In the full-time phase, consultants retain recurring commission from their Phase 1 clients, and each new client increases their monthly recurring income. Top performers can earn significantly more.

- Ability to generate leads independently, book meetings, and close deals.

Restriction / Special Note
- Applicants must currently reside in Bahrain; candidates from outside Bahrain are not accepted.
- A valid driving licence and personal car are required.
- Retail or showroom sales experience alone is not suitable for this role.
- Phase 1 is a part-time, commission-based trial, and progression to the full-time permanent contract is contingent on securing 20 active clients and proving performance.
