Tailor
Job Description
The tailor will stitch abayas according to customers’ measurements and designs, as well as various women’s garments, including dresses, gowns, kurtis, tops, and other ladies’ wear. The role includes taking accurate measurements, ensuring proper fitting, handling garment cutting, stitching, alterations, and finishing, and working with different fabrics, designs, and garment patterns. The tailor must carefully follow customer requirements and design specifications, ensure neat stitching and professional finishing, operate and maintain sewing machines and tailoring equipment, complete orders within the required time frame, maintain cleanliness and organization in the tailoring area, and check finished garments for quality and fitting before delivery.
