Facility Cleaner
Job Description
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the facility. Responsibilities include carrying out thorough daily cleaning and sanitization of all assigned areas; cleaning floors, walls, glass, furniture, washrooms, and common areas; performing scheduled deep-cleaning tasks; properly using cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery; following hygiene, health and safety, and cleaning procedures; keeping cleaning tools and equipment in good condition; promptly reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hygiene concerns; and supporting periodic intensive and specialist cleaning when required.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, commercial facilities, or professional cleaning companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Reliability, discipline, punctuality, and the physical capability to perform cleaning duties.
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food-service cleaning standards is an advantage.
