Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description
A reputed company in Bahrain is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to develop new business for AC maintenance, installation, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). Key responsibilities include actively prospecting and generating leads; conducting daily outdoor visits and B2B field sales presentations for corporate clients, schools, shopping malls, residential compounds, and property management companies; securing long-term AMCs; and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, understand technical requirements, ensure high customer satisfaction, prepare professional cost estimates, present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals efficiently. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming commercial projects in Bahrain.

- Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven outdoor or field sales experience in Bahrain.
- Experience in HVAC, construction, MEP, or facility management sales is highly preferred.
- Must be immaculately dressed, neatly presented, and highly groomed.
- Fluent, grammatically strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Must hold a valid Bahrain driving licence.
