- 3 - 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role.

- Understanding of GCC construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with quantity take-off software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams.
